Does anyone else here watch Talk Sex on the Oxigin network? It's on Sunday nights, and it's a great show. I would like to start a topic that is similar to the show, or that parallels the show. Basically, people can contribute interesting facts of sexual history that they've picked up, such as methods of birth control in the middle ages, or the permiscuous habits and preferences of historical figures, reccomend and warn against particular sex toys and sex enhancers, and ask for reccomentdations or advice on sex related questions. I'd just like to see what sort of response this gets.
hahahah I've seen this show! The first time I watched it, I laughed almost the whole time. That woman is decaying right in front of our eyes! lol. But I don't have the oxygen channel, so I can't watch it.
I use to watch it, but don't now because i have other things to do, but I really liked it and thought it was... interesting. It's a little weird for an old woman to be doing the show, but it's a good program.
Lmao. That woman sounds as though she's every bit of a hundred. And, while I can't speak for everyone, I certainly don't want a hundred-year old telling me where to put--or not to put--anything!
That's what makes the show so great. She's been there and done it all, well, most of it I'm sure, and she tells it like it is. I think it's great to have shows that can address real sexual issues and concerns in an accademic way with out being raunchy or vague. I mean, I wouldn't like to think about Sue doing the sort of things in bed that she talks about, but it's a great show and I'm glad that programming like that exists.
I haven't seen the show, but these descriptions of Sue don't make me want to watch. I never could stand Dr. Ruth either.
lol interesting show, never head of it and I don't even know what channel it's on or if I get it. does anyone know if you get that channel with Comcast Digital Cable? That's the cable company I have and I have digital cable
We get it with the cable package at Potsdam, which is not very comprehensive, so, you probably do. Oh yeah, and Dr. Ruth was really creepy. Sue isn't like Dr. Ruth, not in a million years.
christ! i hate oprah, so naturally, i hate the oxygen network since it's owned by her.
there was this one episode where she was going through several sex toys, and she made a comment aboue there being a "cat hair" on one of them. lmao!
I remember one epesode where she was trying to show how glass dildos are nice art objects, but not entirely safe. She went outside the studio to a tile floor and proved that contrary to what the manufacturing company said, they would certainly break, shatter infact on a hard surface. lol
I was just flipping through the channels once and caught a few minutes of the show. I found it a little too graphic for my liking.
It is a great source of practical real world information. I like the fact that she is direct when answering questions. It's a refreshing change.
I saw it a few times while I was in the US, It was great! amusing educational and entertaining she's awesome. wish my nanna was as open as sue is heheheh.
I think we have some of your issues.
Lol!
I love to watch the show and criticize it the whole time. Lesbians, never watch it lol.
Yeah, my lesbian friend Erin had that reaction. But, even she admits that Sue is upfront and honest and a hell of a lot better than Dr. Ruth.
Hmm, I get oxygen at home. I really want to watch this now. I'll be home for easter.
Oh, lord I wonder what'll be on tonight? Something with a bunny theme perhaps? It would be a perfect time to showcase the rabbit. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa rabbit.
